Opsenes has been selected for Airtable's startup program, and it's become the place where a lot of how we run the company takes shape.

There's a nice symmetry here: we're building a platform to help teams run their operations, and Airtable is where we prototype our own. Almost every good workflow starts as a messy table before it's worth formalizing, and Airtable gives that early thinking somewhere flexible to live.

It looks like a spreadsheet but behaves like a database — relations, multiple views, and built-in automations, the structure of a real app without building one. We use it to track our program applications, prototype internal workflows, and organize the moving parts of an early-stage team.

When a process proves itself in Airtable, that's our signal it's worth investing engineering time into — and often, it's a hint at something worth bringing into Opsenes itself. Running lean and staying organized is part of how we move quickly, and Airtable helps us do both.
